As another exciting chapter comes to a close, this month marks the end of the 2025/26 Huddersfield Junior Football League season. We’ve just wrapped up our third season in the league, and what a journey it’s been. Longwood FC has continued to grow from strength to strength and now proudly fields seven teams across five age groups – from our youngest U11s right through to three competitive U15 sides.

And this is very much a story still being written. As we look ahead to the 2026/27 season, we’re starting to shape our plans and would love to hear from new players, whole teams, and especially enthusiastic volunteer parents who’d like to get involved in coaching and supporting our junior teams. The future is bright at Longwood FC – come and be part of it.
